Beautiful Walled Garden with Fruit Cages

Having maintained and developed this garden over many years, we have had the pleasure of seeing it evolve in many ways. We installed raised beds which were originally used for vegetables but have now been turned over to roses. The Lime trees are pollarded every three years and the ones at the back have been Pleached. Challenges we've faced here have included; hard chalky soil - we have removed large amounts, replacing with good organic matter; Box blight - we treated and pruned hard at the right time of year and the usual challenges and advantages within a walled garden with both sunny and shady spaces. This garden is an absolute delight to work in!
