This unique steeply sloping infill site had it's share of challenges and potential. Stepping down the slope allowed us to give each of the four houses abundant solar access and territorial views. Even though the houses are small they feel spacious. Grouping the parking near the street, the use of pervious paving and the grated walkway help reduce the amount of impervious site surfaces. photo by Thatch Nguyen
