A neutral, practical bathroom for a rental property

A neutral low cost scheme with as much longevity as possible was created for the new, more spacious bathroom. The tiles were chosen in a shiny finish to minimise wear marks and above the sink, it meant just one could be used, their size minimised the need for grout in the shower area and above the sink. Consultation with the letting agent about what appealed to the market in this location informed design choices.
