Hi Molly: I'm the designer on the house with the fake window and here's what I did: I stood at my favorite "view spot" on Martha's Vineyard and took at high-resolution photo with a 35mm camera. Then I had the photo printed at a color photo lab that can print large format, glossy photos. I bought an old window at a salvage yard and taped my "scene/view" to the back of the window and hung it up. It looked wonderful and made me happy everyday when I walked into my bathroom and saw that view! I don't have a close-up of the window but you can see it on my website: www.renovation-design.com. Click on "work" then click on "1890's Bungalow."

Hi Marisol Garces, I think minimum 1x3m could do the trick. Sliding door ( I prefer cavity slider) in the middle, with shower to the one side, and toilet to the other side, with basin opposite the door. If you need a bit more space to dry and dress, then I would double at least to 2-2.5 x 3m.
Cheers, Louise

We had similar concerns when we relocated our bathroom to an inner hallway space in order to double our kitchen space. We kept it simple and contemporary (despite the Victorian building) and have been really pleased with the effect. Attached before and after shots.
