Transforming Rooms - I TOTALLY agree. It seems to be a trade secret to order drapes/curtains/sheers that mount high above the window frame, but when you install them in this way it can transform a room and make it appear visually taller, more grand. I really wish this was common knowledge to the lay person. Such an easy thing everyone can do.
