Best thing about my bathroom is that hubby has his own bathroom and cleans and maintains it and is not allowed in mine.

My bathroom is soooo small that it has a child’s bath a basin and a toilet. So when sitting on said toilet there is an air vent above my head and I have to use a towel as a scarf not to freeze especially in harsh winds which occur often. I also always hit my knee in the basin cabinet unless I sit at an angle.

This is a rental but I am going to incorporate some of the fabulous suggestions anyway. I want underfloor heating. Less than 1:5 sq meters. And a heated towel rack if I can find a wall to put it. The shower in the bath has a high up shower head and a hand held shower which I find very useful.

I am also going to put a dimmer switch on the lights and change out the door with frosted windows as there is no window in the bathroom and if at all possible,I want to put in a sliding door or pocket door to have a bit more space. At the moment the door just barely misses the basin unit and then lies flush with the bath. I can’t get in to take pictures as it is so small. But I also do have instant hot water so after all this it should be more user friendly.

Thanks again for a good article and for all the viewer helpful suggestions
