Thanks so much for this timely article. While I don't have the space for a butler's pantry, I'm in the process of designing a standalone pantry cabinet that will go on one wall in my kitchen. Currently I have a rolling island there now, but am hoping for more drawer storage for plates and pots and a better place to store wine and water bottles. These gem pantries have given me some additional ideas!
