Why we love it: Dreaming of installing a bath but short on space? Just turn the tub the other way! When the owners of this Darlinghurst terrace renovated, they managed to squeeze a bath and shower into a tiny spot adjacent to their courtyard garden.
Coloured glass louvres that open out onto a sunny garden prevent bathers from feeling too hemmed in. A perfect example of thinking outside the box! (Although you would, of course, have to be fairly agile to get in).
