We went out for three quotes on our sunroom. FD was very competitive with the other quotes although not the cheapest. It was the professionalism of the estimator and his attention to detail and engagement that kept drawing me back to FD. We finally agreed to move forward with the project. They delivered on time and on budget and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We are very pleased with the 4 season sunroom, floor to season windows, ducted in HVAC and they even installed a dog door for us.

Quality of the finished job exceeded expectations. Jack H. did a good job explaining what would work best and step me through what to expect. on the down side and reason only three stars, workers housekeeping: Workers decided to cut the aluminum in my back yard vice over the concrete patio. Had to spend time picking up aluminum shreads. Would have done a number on bare feet. Also, covered up their equipment with my tarp on a rainy night. When they finished they just left in the back to blow around in the wind. Nice. Finally, only thing not finished. One nut for one of the bolts. Jack told me he would bring one. Still waiting.

FDS and their representative, Jack, have exceeded our expectations for 2 separate sunroom projects completed over the last two years! The quality of the work was outstanding and they "tweaked" one of the rooms to accommodate a change we requested, at the last minute.

We had the folks at Factory Direct Sunrooms enclose our back porch, turning it into a sunroom for us. They showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. The results were so good that a number of people in our subdivision saw how it improved the appearance of our house that they asked us who had done the work. We didn't hesitate to recommend Jack and the folks at Factory Direct, and, as a result, several of our neighbors had their own improvements done. The work was done with the highest professionalism and quality, and we are pleased to show it off.
