Burke Decor

I ordered chairs in January and waited until promised time and no chairs. I cancelled the order because I needed chairs and then waited over a month now and still no credit given. I have contacted through email because they have no phone number but they just keep saying wait longer and get back to us. I will never do business with this company again and I do not recommend unless you want to wait forever to get nothing and not get your money back

I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfactory our experience has been with this online store. Despite purchasing a table from them, it was delivered in a damaged condition. Despite our persistent efforts to address the issue over the past five months, they have failed to respond. It is my belief that their business may not be sustainable for much longer given their lack of accountability and customer service.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Ordered a dining table for my client back in November 2024. Website stated 7 business days to deliver. When I didn’t receive tracking after 10 business days, I reached out to the business. They stated that the item was back ordered and would ship in late December 2024. Table was delivered in January 2024; however it was broken. Informed the client to refuse the table and I would start the process to order a replacement. Reached out to order a replacement and they were asking for pictures at first to show the damage but turned around and stated that the table was out of stock. Was informed that the refund process takes 7-14 business days. 14 business days passed early February. Have reached out multiple times and I’m continuing to get the same generic email response that their financial department is looking into this. Never ordering from them again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to either.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered the mirror that said "Quick Ship" for a construction project. After 64 days of not shipping with repeated emails (customer service response was that it is in stock but our warehouse is back ordered) I cancelled the order and ordered it from Built.com (which shipped the mirror the next day). Then it took another 60+ days for my card to be refunded. Never again will I ever order from the company and I would encourage you not to either.

Never ever do business with this company unless you like to part with your money and never see it again. MJ

Ordered furniture six weeks ago. Website says ships in 5 days. Haven't heard from them, haven't received furniture. Haven't received refund.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought three lights from them in November for new construction. Kept asking for updates--told they would ship in December, then January, then late February. Bought them from another company this Monday and my lights arrived on Wednesday (free shipping). Canceled my order from Burke (a three day process) and was told it would take 14 business days for a refund. That's another three weeks to get my money back. Did they offer any incentives to shop with them again? Of course not. They are a horrible company.

If I could give this company -1 rating I would. I ordered a product in August YR23 and they were quick to invoice my account. It is now January yr24 and they telling it’s getting ship with no updates. Heading into 6 months without any resolution.

Not sure what people expect ordering imported things after a pandemic and supply chain crisis. We have ordered through Burke Decor for both small and large furniture purchases and have had no issues, only positive customer service experience when we had to send something back for manufacturing defect. They were prompt and reliable in response and communication. Will continue to purchase from them and appreciate their offer of design and and quality of products.

I ordered an ‘in stock + ready to ship’ rug from Burke Decor on November 23rd, and they charged me for it. When I didn’t receive it in the expected time frame, I contacted the company. I was told that my item would now ship in early January. I said that I’d like a refund instead. They sent me a long email about how they’d have to check to make sure the warehouse hadn’t already moved it to the shipping department. That was a week ago, and I haven’t heard anything back. In the meantime, I purchased the rug from another online retailer and received it promptly. I’m not sure what’s going on with Burke Decor, but it isn’t good. I’d avoid shopping here if at all possible! Update 1/15/24: Finally received my refund today. Bumped my rating up to two stars to reflect this. Still, the process to get to this point involved way too much time and effort. I will not shop with Burke Decor again.

Don't order from here. It's a scam. Still waiting on two orders, the first placed in mid November (it is now Dec. 27). Web site said it would ship in 5-10 business days. It's been 6 weeks. They will not respond to email. I spent close to $3,000 on various items.

While I suspect they were once a legit company, there seems to something wrong. Not sure if they are trying a no-customer-service business model or if they are going down the toilet, but the lack of ability to get any response via e-mail or phone is alarming. My item is late, they have my money, and I simply cannot get an update. I suspect I’ll have to a) try and cancel the order and b) eventually have to get a credit card chargeback. I guess they are probably drawing interest on everyone’s money while they drag things out.
