Laundry/pantry /bev station
LOVE THIS space for the washer and dryer in the master bathroom but a way to hide them. The gorgeous cabinetry is toped by a honed black slab that has been inset into the cabinetry top. Removable doors at the counter height allow access to water shut off. The cabinetry above houses supplies as well as clean linens and cocktail glasses. The cabinets at the top open to allow easy attic access. John Lennon Photography
Recess W/D into the guest/library room closet area so the fronts are flush with nice bifold bottom doors over the W/D. The counter will be high because the W/D are! Space below the bar sink to store materials. Cupboard above for more storage, probably mirrored doors above. with counter as seen with bar sink for laundry tub.
The clients of designer Andi Wheelband of Two Birds Design wanted to move their laundry room from their dark basement to the second floor, where all the bedrooms are. While adding this en suite master bathroom above an attached garage (you can see the former exterior brick of the house on the left), she was able to carve out space for a custom laundry closet, seen here.

seems quite deep compared to upper cupboards; needs balanced upper cabinets. Mesh for breathing too...would this work for stackers? with mesh fronts that are bi-fold?
