mainly examples of Victorian terrace properties with a reconfiguration of ground floor to have seating to front, kitchen central and dining to rear.. Maximising views and access to gardens.
Again seating area to front, kitchen in the middle and dining to the rear. This version is all open plan, including to the stairs, which may not be practical for yours but gives you a sense of the kitchen to the rear room with dining to the outrigger. In this case they have dining in a new glass extension and the utility in the original outrigger, but their outrigger is much narrower than yours so the proportions are a bit different.
this version keeps access direct to the rear and then open plan through the central kitchen, which is something that you could also do but you have more width so wouldn't be restricted to a narrow galley kitchen like this.
