The bespoke four-poster bed is made of acrylic and chrome. Teng explains: “The traditional four-poster frame is made of wood and the bulky outline would be ill-fitting for this small space. Acrylic, on the other hand, looks lighter visually.”

The counter features customised compartments for wine bottles and a niche to house the Smeg mini fridge.
