Here is what I'm talking about! do the small glass tile right on the granite as a backsplash - using 5 tiles high. The add the natural stone pencil trim along the sides and top. Brings the elements from the tub/shower to the sink side of the room so that it doesn't look like the tub/shower was a separate idea.
This is the color scheme I really like. It has my chocolate walls - I like the antique white cabinets. I would probably go with more gold color in the granite though. Light fixture above mirror is too modern for me. And I would like fancy mirrors - one above each sink. I like to have sparkle in the room somehow. Mirrors and lights might be a good way to do it.
here is example of just leaving the glass backsplash with no trim. I think I like adding the natural stone pencil trim better.
