I particularly like the archways for the beans. The curving brick paths with their raised grey stone edging are beautiful. This is a huge garden with many different facets, some mostly decorative. What I like the most, besides the overall design, is that it includes vegetables, berries, fruit trees, and herbs--along with flowers to delight your heart.
I like the way they have provided good access to the vegetable bed from each side.
I love the way this beautifully landscaped yard leads into a much wilder looking garden, which I'm guessing is at least part orchard and vegetable garden.
A curved hedge--what a nice idea.
What, no wishing well? I do like the fountain though, and I love the way the brick makes a round carpet beneath it.
What a blessing to have a big tree like this.
Having fun with geometry. Notice the orange or tangerine tree that centers the herb garden.
Pretty. What a rich green backdrop they have to work with.
I wonder whether the trees that are lined up are pear trees. If so, their white blossoms will look wonderful in late winter.
I like the recurring use of white.
