Mel's ideas
Great use of space without taking up a whole lot of square footage.
Here's an option to keep this out of sight, and allow a short person access to all that is needed.
Hubby likes the theatre. We woudn't have a game table, or leather anything, though.
Interesting to have pub table behind the sofa, looking toward the TV
Love the black countertop, tap and drain, and corner sink by the dishwasher.
Hubby would love a big TV and sound system.
I like that the entrance can close down for more bar space.
Love the appliances here - dishwasher, fridge, microwave.
Very much like the ceiling
Contemporary is nice but would need to be twice as much counterspace.
Interesting that the framing is open and lets in light.
The sitting room is a nice touch.
Like the wainscoting
Nice sink area. The curved bar is nice, too.
Good size.I like the framing, and low stools.
Might be a compromise. I love old heavy tables like this.
How elegant! Probably much too posh for my needs, though.
Wouldn't it be brilliant to have a closed-off kitchen with an outdoor pub feel to it?
Some ideas here work, like the cooler, dishwasher, etc below, but looks too much like a normal American kitchen to me.
This shelf makes me think of what I'd like to do a for a laptop desk at the window, only a bit deeper. Perhaps it could be a standing desk?
Wouldn't it be lovely to entertain and play here? I could easily see a little mini stage for Brandon's guitars and amp, too.
Ooh, a fire place, cozy nook and view of the bar...
The rest of the living space could easily look like this.
This is my dream kitchen of sorts. I could cook and prep here quite easily.
I like cozy nooks and booths
I like that it is framed in as its own space
I like the black wood and the lights
Love the ceiling and long bar, as well as the stained glass
How cozy! Irish pub home here!
