C. Long Idea Book - Kelvin Grove Renovation
Really like this idea as a main entry way. It may not be popular thinking and a little weird but I really don't have any need for a formal/specific front entryway closet. We don't store our coats there (we would use mudroom entry from garage) and we don't entertain any huge gatherings so don't really need anything for guests.
Hate glass railings - too hard to keep clean. But really like the wainscoting on side.
Love these stairs. Love the mill work on bottom main railing and love wainscoting.
Do NOT like wrought iron railings. Its like you are in jail.
Loooovvvveee the shiplap.
Like the colours - grey walls with white trim and deep brown floors and accents.
Like the trim and baseboards. Really like the wainscoting in that back room. Like the stairs but would want the hardwood colour to be more dark brown and less red toned.
Actually don't mind the darker open shelves.
Like window casings.
Like the built ins and the base boards
Really like the fireplace will work (not keen in the black surround). Really like the built ins.
Really like the built ins. Really like the base boards. Really like the mill work in the archway.
Really like these french folding doors and transoms over door. Like these window casings but don't necessarily need the headers over the windows.
Really like these built ins.
Like the built in. Like the baseboards
Really like this fireplace mantle. Like the floors.
Like this fireplace facing and mantle
Like this style for the half bath on main. Especially wainscoting. Don't like vanity counter.
Actually like this floor tile and vanity
Really like this tub.
Like this for the main upstairs bathroom
The built-in by the tub is a very interesting idea.
Like this style, tile a colors.
Really like these colours with maybe a splash of light/baby blue
Like tub and fixture
Really like all this, except for mirror and chandelier
Like tile, shower, vanity, mirror. Ceiling is cool also.
Really like tile, tube and shower. Pass on the light fixture over tub and don't need all those shower heads.
Really like the cupboard separating the sinks in the vanity.
Like this style and look a lot. If can't have a separate walled-off toilet, this might be an acceptable idea.
Really like this tile. If can't make a stand alone tub work for some reason - would like the surround like this.
Really like this tub and its fixtures
Really like this style (colour, tile, vanity, etc.). Don't like that toilet is not walled off.
Like the idea of the placement of the fixtures (up on the back splash) could save a little space as we might be tight on our proposed master bath.
Like this vanity and the mirrors. Don't need undermount sinks and don't like gold fixtures
like this tub, shower and floor tile. Don't need bench in shower. Really like that wall paneling behind tub.
Like this entire bathroom except would prefer tile on floor
Like this hoodfan
Now I really like this idea of a hidden charging station
Like this backsplash
Like this hoodfan. And I think having open shelves on either side would be really nice
Like this hoodfan
Like this fridge
Like this hood fan idea
Like this pantry idea if we can't fit a stand alone/walk through pantry
Actually like the idea of large tile in shower - fewer grout lines means easier to keep clean.
