Too heavy and dark, but the layout is nice, open from kitchen to great room with fireplace as focal point. Need to be able to have TV have an almost equal space and be able to share the same configuration of furniture without rearranging . More windows, and taller windows. If the ceiling goes up, so should the views.
I like the skylights and large slider that leads to the deck, nice to have a hottub on the deck and then have easy access to the shower to rinse off. This room is massive, we would not need or want that kind of space. I would prefer more greens and earthy colors, but this bathroom works and I like it.
Too white and modern, but I like the open ceiling and higher windows for natural light while shill having a bit of privacy (may not be necessary depending on the direction that the master bathroom faces).
I like the natural pebble floor (as long as it is easy to clean and not slippery) Built in shelves or ledges for soap and shampoo are nice, but not so many that it either becomes cluttered with bottles, or looks silly that there are so many empty shelves. A bench area in the shower is good for shaving, or in the event mobility is an issue. I like your idea of the steam room having a shower head for the times when a warm steamy shower were better than the airy walk-in version.
this kind of door might be a good solution to having a door for the toilet area, but not have to have space for a traditional door to swing
Just look at the floor. And I don't really like these floors, but I like that this is an open mixed use room and that the floor changes the from bathroom space to dressing room space.
Wood in the cabinetry is too dark compared to the light color for the floor, the colors seem out of balance, but the layout is nice. This kitchen seem huge - don't need to get all my steps for the day in while preparing a meal. The rock around what may be a wine cellar is perhaps a bit much, I like the rock, but it seems overwhelming in this room and entryway. I'd prefer the rock as an accent, not a primary feature.
The only thing I like about the kitchen is the natural wood for the raised bar, but the fork at the end might be overdone. I would prefer mixing that wood with a rock facade on the bottom of the island instead of the old faded wood. Really don't care for anything else in this kitchen
I like the layout, but don't like this kitchen! Don't like the marble, really don't like the cabinets, esp the wood over the fridge, and really don't like the industrial hood over the seating area.
I like this kitchen's simplicity and clean lines. Too much cabinetry for my taste. I'd use tile of slate for the floor and something more natural on the backsplash (rock or a bigger tile with fewer grout lines). I don't like this layout as much as the prep island in the middle and the raised bar for seating as the outer island.
I don't like how dark, heavy and rustic this room looks, but I like the layout with the stove against the back wall, a center prep island and a front curved bar for seating where I would like the gas range top. Overall there are too many conflicting wood grains and colors. This room need more windows and some green colors, and the whole thing needs more simplicity.
I like how open this kitchen appears, lots of window and light. I'd prefer a lower ceiling for recessed lights and some dropped pendants for accent over the bar area. Nice mix of wood, rock and solid countertops. Also nice example of more windows and fewer upper cabinets.
I like the use of wood and rock. I like the different levels of lighting. I don't care for how heavy and imposing the wood beams are in the cieling and I find that the wooden bar is oversized and seems out of balance with the rest of the kitchen. I'm not sure I like the industrial foot rail under the bar, but I do feel a rail or step needs to be present
Drywall return with ledge?
