Incorporate a circular drive, up lighting at night
Like coziness of zones for entertaining ie fireplace and seating
Simplistic facade and feel of Italian influence don’t like shutters - no shutters - like gravel paths
Elevation and feel but not the exterior finish prefer smooth texture cement/plaster perhaps - like that roof isn’t too much of focus from curb but still more than I’d like to see
So simple - but Eric needs not a rectangle box so needs subtle elevation changes
Love the feel but not the arches and columns
Feels understated and simple door surround is a bit fussy for my taste though

Lower level windows like feel of sitting areas but not the support posts
Like sitting areas on left side and window style

Like multiple seating areas and elevation and potted plants on stepdowns - not those specific containers but something
Like seating areas not all directly off back of house - varied placement - wouldn’t want to walk on brass to get to pool though and it’s a little close to house

Think versions of this rear elevation are shared elsewhere - depending on Floorplan may like walkout open directly off back and patio around pool vs grass - pool placement will depend on where and how we address sport court and containing pool pump/equip and outdoor bathroom

Really only thing visually looking st here is if there is a one story extension of garage on southeast side of home for pool or media room and whether it would be faced with same as rest of house or different from lawn side (if used for pool house or cabana/equipment might be interesting to add different elements but not what’s pictured necessarily) - just like the contrast on this home
