General Ideas
Love this design! Same room different angle as last. Outdoor simple white pillars, clean simple inside open concept with elegant accent fireplace/mantle. I love the wooden arches on the ceiling. I would perhaps have a slanted ceiling with white drywall and then accented wooden arches like that, but in dark/black wood.
Nice for back-split/side-split.
Marble white columns with dark/blacnk wooden beams and white ceiling/arches.
I like the arches and pillars. Would be nice in entrance/foyer
I like the open area to get ready for the day/event.
Love the functionality, clean utility and open space, plenty of room to park vehicles, bicycles, skiis etc.
I like the wall finishes/frames and the arch doorway and high ceilings. I do not like the furnishing style or decorations.
I like the open concept of this bar on the main floor. Great for events like bday parties, Thanksgiving, xmas, summer BBQ etc.
Better since smaller than the previous one i saved and will not allow great accumulation.
Pretty sweet. Can make a man style one.
I like.
wicked entertainment room.
Entrance/Atrium.
beauty
I like... its got a balcony, a wrap around porch, pillars, classy roof style, lots of windows... its great! Except for the corner lot aspect, but maybe thats what makes the wrap around porch look good.
I like, but I would change some parts... I like the wooden pillars and beams, perhaps change the floor to a tile (dark or light?) and black modern rail/stairs. Modern floors, drywall, modern doorway and lighting... just the accented wood in the "edges" of the room...
Cool suit room. A little extraneous though.
Cool - maybe tropical with lots of good weather to enjoy that openness
Either great for a backyard pool-house/entertainment suite, or for a small cottage :)
Great open concept without being so open you can see the whole house
The beams are nice... that might be about it.
I like the doors/window-wall.
awesome.
Nice entryway
Cool to design as a guest house...
Good open concept. Keep in mind the cons of open concept (you can hear the TV in the kitchen and the cooking noises (water running, pan frying, blending going, chopping, etc) when someone else is trying to watch TV. Might not be a huge issue when you're young kids... But hard to separate when older, like if friends over and you want to get a snack in kitchen and chat, while another kid is trying to have a movie night date with bf/gf etc.
I like the simplicity, but durability, accented nicely with stones, wooden beam, door and dresser thing. Nice lighting.
