Cabinet Latch - Pewter Antique
This Island is 10" x 3'. I could do something like this and have a stool at the end and 2 other stools on the side.

Maybe have that counter with the pillar between the kitchen and the dining table.
Possibly Create a wall of shelves/cabinets in the livingroom to hold the TV and have the bar at one end???
I like the corner cabinet sitting on the counter.
I love the windows over the sink!!!
I like the hood and the idea of the beverage refrigerator at the end of the island if I can't have a bar.

Notice the wall height is taller and the variation in height between the basic cabinet and the hood. My wall will be higher than the cabinets.
