Cove lighting- Cove lighting is a form of indirect lighting built into ledes, recesses, or valances in a ceiling or high on the walls of a room. It directs light up toward the ceiling and down adjacent walls. It may be used as primary lighting, or for aesthetic accent, especially to highlight decorative ceilings.
Recessed lighting- Recessed lighting also known as downlight or can lights are a type of lighting fixture installed into the ceiling or wall. They are designed to sit flush with the surface for a sleek and polished finish. The housing/electrical wiring components are hidden and the bulb appears to glow from the opening.
Wall Washing lighting- Wall washing illuminates a vertical surface with uniform brightness. It draws attention to the wall and can be used to accentuate an entrance, fireplace, or artwork. The light reflected from matte surface walls can make a room appear bright and will provide a soft, diffuse light in the room.
Natural Lighting- Natural lighting also known as daylighting is a technique that efficiently brings natural light into your home using exterior glazing such as windows, skylights, etc. It reduces artificial lighting requirements and saves energy.
