IIRC, Wolf has a two year warranty. I've had a 30 inch Wolf for all of 6 months, so can't speak to its longevity. As for usability, it's proven to be a good choice. The layout is uncrowded, the 11 inch hob has brought new life to my large equipment, the bridge works well with my 8 x 22 inch griddle, the boost feature boils a stock pot of water fast, the temperature controls have an excellent range, I don't find the controls finicky to use, or wish for half steps between the 10 settings. It sears. It simmers.
The hobs are difficult to see in the black glass in dim light. I haven't tried the melt feature on the small hob. There are no super cool bells & whistles. It just does all that I need it to do well.
I wanted the Miele because of the flexibility of the layout, but couldn't justify the expense. But I am really happy with my Wolf & so far am glad I didn't spend more for the Miele.
