the house. probably too much for us, but I love how it looks, provided the doors were high quality and keep out heat and cold. I'd also be okay with skylight if the door prove too leaky

that it the 'ring of green' look i like, minus the grass in the pool and house thing i don't. also this is seattle, so this is just more similar to our yard than 99% of what is out there. But I like this

fence is my favorite but every 8' run is like 2350$ and we need 50 of them so no.... I found a reasonable version here, basically, minus the top, Probably will use artichoke paint or stain on the new fence. that's a thing we have to do as well. Jon Long has signed on to that function as well as the landscape build. whether he is the GC remains to be seen, once we see the plan

spacing between structure and pool edge, but in thinking about it, that space between the house and the pool is going to be satan's bathtub hot. In all honesty, the chaise lounges should either be in front of colin's house or on the other side of the pool unless you are some kind of sadist. I know it will look better on the house side, but from a practical pov, that is a factor
