Exteriors
Lots of concepts to borrow from the Japanese
Outdoor living at its finest….just customized for Eastside wind!
Driveways are cool but mostly looking at some of the houses. I don’t want a concrete driveway but patio maybe?
Carport w/entry to patio-could work nicely on our slope? but how to avoid stairs?
Rusty I beam detail…+outdoor shower
Overall style
Architecture, built in garden beds
Boomerang shape that creates courtyard of sorts
I like most things about this place. Except the huge fireplaces and the fact that the entry will dump snow on you all winter
Below grade parking...and lots of other stuff.
Breezeway- waterfront living- terraced yard
Courtyard “gate” closure? Wind block potential if needed
Style- corrugated siding
Style + covered outdoor living space
Overall style + roofline + stonework
Large overhang to help with east sun, might like better as a trellis vs actual roof? Or louvers? Also like the poured pavers with pebbles
Dropped metal canopy…is this what it will look like?
Protected Outdoor living space
Copper cladding is beautiful.$$$
Rooflines
Nice use of slope
Interesting siding mix
good use of slope, but backwards for the Sky Meadows lot. How can you balance semi-subterranean carport with the desire to eliminate stairs? Not sure...will wait to know actual elevations.
Humble and appropriate, nice to see an house that isn't 3000 sq ft.
This house has many interesting concepts...click to see all pics. It may be my favorite overall project.
Simple and clean
A different looking louvered stacking slider
Horizontal stacking windows….interesting from outside but why chop up the view?
Interesting play in shed roofs
Lots of interesting ideas here. House and guest quarters separated by pool
Ext colors in the wild
I beam supports
Interesting roof lines and overhangs
Metal siding and beam detail
Stucco seams create additional patterns (color is good too!)
