Tour a Warm Modern Home Inspired by Family Bonds and Anime Film

Q

We love Anime and Studio Ghibli the feel of this family home is really neat.

Q

Photo

Cool concept

Q

Photo

I like how this folds into the landscape

Q

Photo

If we have an outdoor area, but cannot add impervious surface area, perhaps this type of pergola top would be allowed to define an outdoor space (would we be allowed to add a sail cloth across the top for shade?). I like the lighting and option to add a fan, heater/bug zapper since there's some structure there to work with.

Q

Photo

Cool style

Q

Photo

I would love my house to look like this coming up the driveway

Q

Photo

Great style and extended roof line over outdoor living area

Q

Photo

I would love my kitchen to look like this with some updates (countertop, lighting, and backsplash with walk outdoors)

Q

Photo

This type of walkout door opening. I like how the concrete floor indoors leads into the wood outdoors

Q

Photo

Great island and concrete floor. If we make our kitchen and sunken area one level perhaps this is a good solution for kitchen table.

Q

Photo

Continuous walk out

Q

Photo

I love this exterior style to blend our existing brick with some wood/metal tones

Q

Photo

This is my kitchen (improved!)

Q

Photo

A little too dark, but I like the path, plants and rocks. Good contrast of outdoor ceiling and siding.

Q

Photo

My family room can look just like this (updated fireplace, side light. Open to outside

Q

Photo

I would like our entry foyer to be grander

Q

Photo

Maybe update laundry (attached to master)

Q

Photo

May update front entryway

Q

Photo

Can we have an overlook?

Q

Photo

great colors (light), option for infinity pool that sits close to house, and move our existing balcony out over an outdoor living area to solve the leak but still have the upstairs balcony with view. Need this glass railing system!!

Q

Photo

Number one top style and layout overall

Q

Photo

Great style and layout (maybe not quite modern and artistic enough)

Q

Photo

A nice pool size and I like the step stones in the pool

Q

Photo

This is all we need perfect pool with infinity edge over view.

Q

Photo

Can we put this type of an overlook where we can’t currently access the edge of our property because it drops off?

Q

Photo

Is this an option to as usableas usable Areas on walk down to water?

Q

Photo

Landscaping, boulders and plants

Q

Photo

We need this to be the bottom by the pier

Q

Photo

We like this is another light and modern style. Materials, layout. Another option to make the master balcony stop leaking?

Q

Photo

This is exactly how I I want my eat-in kitchen room to flow outside and with added space make a wet room/ping pong table spot

Q

Photo

I love this little shed/efficiency feel. Somewhere on property? Or perhaps the end of the house where the den/garage storage room are?

Q

Photo

A little too dark, but the layout is a good option For the side and back of our house. I like this upper balcony to take the place of the balcony off our master on the second floor

Q

Photo

This is what I I want my garage and master over the garage to look like around the side of our house

Q

Photo

Can we have this? Maybe a bit of a pool house/shed/hang out place?

Q

Photo

I would love this to be what it looks like coming up our drivewayour driveway, have a gate into back yard

Q

Photo

Can we do this?

Q

Photo

Can we do this? And outdoor shower!!

Q

Photo

Great style and layout

Q

Photo

Steps down to our pier

Q

Photo

This is exactly what we want around the side of our property

Q

Photo

Great pool layout and edge of property. We prefer the more models style pool with led/fountains. This is a a little more natural look.

Q

Photo

My ideal part through woods to pier. Also is this an impervious surface option to wrap around to the front yard from the guest room entrance?

Q

Photo

I want this exact look and seating down by the pier

Q

Photo

Another option for less impervious surface to finish more of our landscaping into usable space

Q

Photo

This layout is how our kitchen could exit out to back from eat in kitchen (can kitchen window /counter become an outside bar like this?) i love how the outdoor kitchen connects to the kitchen inside

Q

Photo

Less impervious surface option to finish side yard?

Q

Photo

Slide like this?

Q

Photo

I would love for the guest room side of the house to have this feel outside (seating area, outdoor fireplace, entrance, overlook/railing)

Q

Photo

MUST HAVE spa and pool with infinity edge and LED FOUNTAINS PERFECT

Q

Photo
Photo

I love these finishing touches to landscape

Q

Photo

I like the materials of this walkway path. Perhaps this is a less impervious surface option. If that goes with it style to use on the alternate guest room access entryway?

Q

Photo

Is the gravel allowed to walk through woods to pier?

Q

Photo

Redo garage side of house

Q

Photo

Materials used for covered area roof maybe less impervious?

Q

Photo

Materials. Perhaps a way to use more of the back yard with less impervious surface area

Q

Photo

Corner of deck

Q

Photo

Side of house. We love this style (modern and incorporating nature, light wood not too much dark)

Q

Photo

Master closet layout, pin lights.

Q

Photo

Master bath style 2 (too much taupe and a little too “cabin feel” no skylight.

Q

Photo

Master bath style 1 maybe a little too bright

Q

Photo

Option with master and balcony solution?

Q

Photo

I love the grand feel. Our attic may allow for vaulted bath ceiling

Q

Photo

I like the foyer “feel” as you enter master. Great style (too much taupe)

Q

Photo

Style

Q

Photo

Style

Q

Photo

Walkthrough shower with free standing tub in center area

Q

Photo

I like the layout, coffee stand, floor to ceiling slab wall outside shower with free standing tub, view. The pattern of the chandelier and floor tiles is too busy/traditional.

Q

Photo

My happy place

Q

Photo

My happy place

Q

Photo

I want my driveway side to look like this

Q

Photo

Flow outside rear of house and style

Q

Photo

Natural walkway perhaps from front around left side of property from font to back to the guest room entrance
