Pool House
This plan, flipped, is what we want for the pool house. From this view, the pool would be up top. The left side of the bathroom would line up with the edge of the pool. The kitchenette would be moved to the side wall (I previously said back wall). As long as the sink is under a window, it doesn't matter to me.
Gives me an idea of how the front could look -- doors only, no windows on the front. Also, the little patio area would be nice, if my husband would agree... Actually, this could work. It doesn't have to have as high a roof as the detached garage. I like this exterior, we just have to figure out how to make it blend/ coordinate. It could be the detached garage's fraternal twin... similar, but not exactly alike.
This more closely represents the 25x25 footprint and shape of the detached garage, and how the siding looks. Hopefully, we can find a way to make the front a little more asthetically pleasing to the eye -- not as drab and sterile.
This is a good example of not having shelving above the counter.
This most closely represents the amount of counter space, sink size, cabinets, and small refrigerator space I would like to have.
Window over sink. No farmhouse sink, though. Just a small bar-sized sink. The space depicted in this photo is just about all we need. Room for the sink, countertop microwave, a small prep area, and a dorm fridge that can slide under the countertop.
Nice size, allows space for window above sink.
This is only saved to help when it comes to arranging the furniture... Also, the smooth, stained concrete floor is what we would most likely go with.
Let's add this to the end of the pool house!
