Dion Custom Home
Exterior - Stone color - we like having both warm and cool colors in the stone in order for it to be more timeless. Timelessness is a huge goal. This is our forever home, and we are not inclined to chase trends.
We like the wood, stone, brick arch, timber accents etc, as well as the soft color pallet. Our budget will undoubtedly limit these elements, but perhaps we can use them here and there for impact in the main space. We really want low maintenance elements because we are picky about trying to keep everything clean and neat. Beautifully rustic elements will allow us to ease up on constantly touching up paint and cleaning surfaces!
Drop zone - Idea to conceal our shoes and other items. Love not having to look at our stuff.
Beautiful wood and we like the depth of the shoe storage. (It should accommodate Bill's size 12.5 shoes better than some shallower units and the bench is great.
Half bath - simplicity with a hint of wood
Half bath - simplicity of sink, wood on one wall is a nice touch
Guest Cottage Kitchen - We may just want to replicate they style of our main home. That said, I like the small farmhouse sink and the counter tops, ceiling - we only want a two-burner induction cook top (probably not white cabinets)
Mudroom - Small
