Bryce's Ideas
I really really want to love this . And with some creative thinking i think we could both achieve that - colours happening here are all good i feel like just in wrong proportions, i feel the lighting is not something id want but happy to budge - grey wall at back changed i feel would change the whole look of the image but im thinking just the bench/cabinet thing needs proportions changed - lights nit my thing
The boxes for the butler’s pantry
The bronze detailing
The pool
the level changes large glass and material interplay
i love everything about this
the flat roof lines large overhangs and horizontal timber cladding
the bold black timber against the glass
the material interplay bewteent he raw concrete timber and glass
the windows between the flat garage and the skillion roof line
the contrast between the black and natural timber
the angles over the garage and the timber cladding
the large over hang, downlights and timber underside
the wood panled wall
The connection between indoor and outdoor living
The layout
the size and storage
the seating area and coat hooks to offload peoples stuff as they enter the house
the lay out here is good but not the finishes
i love this garage door and the flat entrance with a drain
i like the materials and shape but the second story cold be setback more for our build
3 bay garage storage idea
the other wall in the workshop will be a tool, equipment and storage wall
this is a 4 post hoist it is possible to do with just a high ceiling and no second story if cost don't allow
i like the the upper story protruding over the lower to incorporate the living and outdoor space
this is just awesome
i like the contrast between raw concrete and the timber
i like the raw concrete box and the screening on the upper level
i like the over hang here with deck underneath and the living space connected to the outdoors but protected from the elements, with he balcony above
i like the large over hangs here and they are ideal to help control heat soak form the sun
i like the material use and colors here
the front door style
the contrast of timber and render
the way the bedroom to the front is offset to the garage and has the wrap around balcony, noting that my build wouldn't likely allow the side balcony due to privacy
Not for me
