like the covered upper deck; would want a different style railing/decking
Like this feel! Like ceiling height (even though wood and beams, it doesn't feel oppressive - maybe its the lighter floor color and big windows)
like the blend of materials (lighter wood, concrete, metal and stone - fits nicely with the landscape) more than the style; too much window though.
Example of windows not being big enough. Feels blah. Maybe it's the white walls and the wood ceiling.
open shelves
windows not big enough, but like the open shelves. The white feels cold vs warm and welcoming
Too dark-needs more windows but like the open shelves and countertops
stacked washer dryer and more storage since we'd have no basement
like windows; wall behind the headboard; could do bathroom behind that wall; don't like the upper window - rather remove that non-standard size and keep it simple.
like the window in the shower as the shower stalls are often too dark. Materials here feel too cold.
ceiling height is good, too. not too high, not too low. like the mix of concrete floors, wood and metal. seems it's ok to have wood on ceiling, if the floors/walls aren't wood also; windows are too big.
This feels so restful.Like that the outside is stylish, too. a little wood and stone and metal; like the amount of overhang
cool, retro stove.
kitchen wall in middle of space (could put laundry, half bath and guest bedroom/den on the other side to keep all pipes on the interior and in the same general area). ceiling would be lower if we have a two story.
decent kitchen layout for a smaller footprint. Like the sink on island. way too much wood (no ceiling wood). Would bump the island out from the left wall so there could be seating there facing out the front )ha! see next photo - the island is bumped out from the wall)
view from kitchen. Could adjust island placement/shape to have bar seats that face toward the view.
big windows in kitchen; like the creative dining table.
Like the two-sided island seating, but way too much wood and ceiling is too low. Like that there are a lot of windows, and the windows aren't too big or floor to ceiling.
don't like the style. the window by the chair is too high and you can't see out while sitting. like the number of windows. Design is important and something about this is unappealing.
roof line that offers second story in front (would want deck and an overhang for passive solar). Also like the side building - this could be an entry or if larger it could be a three season space.
could do a small three season room on this side and a mud room on the other?
small entryway; needs more practical storage space
like the cozy feel, even though it's a lot of wood.
like this, even though it's wood. nice stove in corner,, high windows and ceiling and window seat. If window seat, need a VERY comfy, thick cushion.
like roof slope but want a second floor; need more windows
roof slope with a second floor; not enough windows
like the deck railing look/materials. Looks comfy, even though there's a lot of wood
like the big windows looking out from kitchen. Don't like the shelf in front of the window. seems weird.
roof slope; two stories with an upper deck; like the deck railing materials and look; like the color of the exterior
like the materials. could be a small bathroom with walk-in shower/toilet/double sink. don't want a tub
like materials and how it blends with the woods
Love this placement of the 3 season, especially if this was on the south side of the house and didn't block views or block window space!
Love this, with maybe a sloping roof? Upper master. Want deck off upper floor.
love this entry, color, this is our place with a few modifications
oh, looks so cool
love this. clerestory, nice living room size; great front windows. Feels warm, relaxing and welcoming.
like this feel; would want another window to the right of the fireplace.
like the window height above the floor
bright space; window placement in kitchen; if island had chairs on the right, could have view out toward bay
good size and good light. like that its a double sink, big window, glass-walled walk in shower and no tub. Like the mix of materials/colors. The rustic wood looks cool, but it's not overdone. Very well done!
interesting small bath; shower is too small. Like the window and how light/bright it is.
ceiling height (spacious, but not so high)
window height (big, but not all the way to the floor)
placement of the kitchen with a bathroom behind it.
