Sink wall doesn’t need stone. We can use redwood veneered plywood. Veneered plywood can be used behind all racks. Veneered wood can be cheaper wood if redwood too expensive. I do prefer redwood racks but we may have to use cheaper wood that is stained to be darker.

I like this limestone veneering look with wide flush light colored mortar. Side windows to cellar can be like this or floor to ceiling - any shape really

12/4 great wood ceiling - if it doesn’t cost too much- with possible stained box beams. Rough cut cheap pine with some stain will work
