My Project
NO - sink too close to bathroom door
Front elevation / symmetry of main house.
NO - not crazy about “hall” effect of foyer; feels closed in. Maybe the butt-board causes that??
Garage - just make 3rd bay full size; like the dormer a JD the bump out, and how it’s connected to the house, without an empty space (also like door to owners foyer)
NO - river pebble tile
NO - double doors into bath or bed
NO - seems crowded. Want more open shower, not totally dry walled in.
NO - don’t like pedestal or vessel sinks.
Light fixture over island
NO- too much trim
No - too much detail in trim
No - glass cabinet fronts; maybe ok for just the top section of a couple cabinets.
Counter depth fridge … but can it back up to a room that allows the fridge to but into other space so it can be full size but look like counter depth?
Sleeping swing
Lights above outdoor kitchen
Sleeping swing
No - too narrow
French sliders
Staggered size triple windows
Bahama shutters??
No - too tight at entrance to shower (sink person has to move)
No - too tight at entrance to bathroom
Cable in mater bath??
Side door from porch into owners foyer
Metal roof overhang on garage
Outdoor kitchen
Granite design
vanity counter nice but not necessary
No - too much buttboard in small space
Separate sink/cabinets in master bath
Consider built-in medicine cabinets particularly in smaller baths.
Use of pocket doors and barn doors to eliminate door swing. But not so rustic.
Maybe some wallpaper on accent walls
Rocker switches
Buttboard above fireplace - but we want TV there. Is that practical?
Picture window (no panes) in kitchen
Cedar shake siding as accent
Enclosed shower door (don’t like open doorway)
Is the porch deep enough?
What’s up with the sidelights?
Garage overhang
No blue ceiling on porch
Trimmed mirror
Like under counter lights but don’t want to see them
Swinging door wiht magnetic stop for pantry
