This overlooking bar top is nice. Not sure if I want closed or open below. Maybe a little bit of back wall underneath to accommodate electric and charging sockets? I like how it is lit up.
Love this inset couch and the colors of the fabric and pillows. Should I consider eliminating the overlooking bar top to get this layout and more space for seating in the upper room?

The ceiling wood is close to what I would possibly envision over the bar. gray and brown tone with texture and variety.
