Grid is nice armature for variation
Q
The different elements--wall, steps, path, back wall, plants--seem to work together pretty nicely
These plants are being used very deliberately for spatial definition. I like the idea but it may be a little much--not sure it really takes all that
This is similar scale to mine. I might give the paved area / table just a little bit more spatial definition.
Maybe a little overboard, but nice use of plants to define the small space
I like the way the tree in the foreground defines space yet allows view through to lighter space
Nice variety of things. Maybe a little too cluttered but only a little
Balance between geometry of building and plants is nice, plants not too preciously shaped but seem to be carefully placed
The plants are too fussilly shaped but I like their relationship to the path
Nice framing of the porch. I'd like to see it from the inside
Not for me. Too cluttered, not enough sense of hierarchy, etc
nice mixture of color and green; I like the "naturalness" of the shapes of plant groupings
plants near house seem nicely layered
I thought there was something about this I liked but I don't know what it is...it's actually a little too gimmick-y
Edge is too wide without variation in height
Too busy, not enough spatial definition of plants
This is accidentally included
