They show a fibre cement fence that looks excellent.
Learn more about Polycarbonate panels - I think we could use these to reduce cost while adding some flair.
Love the exterior materials. Let's just do that! The grey tiles, with wood that looks easy enough to stain (unlike Corner House that has individual pieces of wood, these are like a 'panel'). Pluse the colourbond steel in places. Replace garage door with a dark door to match the steel facade pieces.
A couple of good ideas in here. Most importantly she says to pick the design finishes you like and not worry about what's trending. I'm all for that.
Note - big shower, just a partial screen, window or skylight in ensuite, and good tapware. We also need to ensure we get a bidet.
Laminate kitchen - I like the wood/black edges. I do like the pink but we're not that brave.
Fantastic style for alfresco along the side. Like the tiled floor, concrete looking fence and louvres overhead
This is the Go To photo to show anybody helping us with the Alfresco room. Except for the hood fan.
Excellent proportion and simple but classic style. Needs to adjoin house though.
A little away from house amidst beautiful grounds.
Spa tub is above ground with decking built around - tropical garden surrounding and tucked away in corner.
Like the proportion. and wood/concrete look. Fans, heaters, lights to be considered. Where BBQ is, we'd imagine also a fridge and sink. Happy to have it vent to open air.
This outdoor room has what we want. A BBQ, sink, counter. fits dining and room for a sectional for lounging.
Awesome front gate.
Privacy fence negates ground floor facade but they've emphasised 2nd floor here. Seems sensible.
This look in general is cool - concrete, wood, breezeway block, roofline.
