carpet is a great cost saver relatively simple finishes here again with the post at the corner window the added ornamental dropped beams here are splurges the size of this room is quite ample in one direction, but not both. that will help on structural costs as the beams above your head only have to span in the shorter direction.
there's nothing too high end here. small windows, and a patio door are all fine. simple trim. The size of this room is very ample, but I wonder if you'll find it too small considering what you've shared in your written narrative. the fireplace outside is nice but a splurge, as is the very nice upgraded nana-wall style patio door they have here.
way too many lights to be within your budget but the rest of the space is rather simple, the upgraded cabinets with glass and the fancy exposed exhaust hood are also splurges here, but otherwise affordable. The little black box with the pendants hanging down is pretty smart. just drywall painted an accent color. that's not expensive to do but still adds some character
this seems possible since it's all fairly simple finishes with a mix of low ceiling and oomph ceiling heights . the appliance package here and the cabinetry is very high end. the number of lights is also out of the question for your budget. The number of built in nooks you do will need to be minimized
low ceilings simple finishes used throughout. not many corners or material changes the big big windows are expensive, but at least by keeping the posts between the windows, the structural headers above the windows can be wood instead of steel. still this is too much glass and built in cabinetry to be at your budget
I like that this is labeled "fav" by you guys cause it's really promising. This is a small space which helps it be so very bright. There's a lot of glass on the side there, likely too much for your budget. Not too many light fixtures, but the one installed is impactful and defines the dining area. The stone could be replaced with accent paint. The built ins could all be furniture pieces. Did you guys notice the huge round columns in this space? If not, then I think we can save even more on framing costs for you guys if we can introduce supporting posts somewhere in the big open room. Posts don't have to make a space feel small, often they can help define a great room and anchor certain key functions like an island or a dining room table
