Ben: Colors and vibe. The funky orange end piece Susan: I prefer the warmth of wood over funky colorful vibe.
Local Bethesda design, but love the vibe. Susan: I prefer warmth of wood over funky, colorful vibe
Great vibe with clerestory windows
Cabinets above stove plus waterfall countertop
I like the light streaming in. Susan - this is one of my favorites in terms of warmth of cabinets, light coming in. I like color of countertops although that would not work for us - we need dark that won’t show mess.
Door recess instead of pulls is nice
too monolithic to have the entire cabinet surface as a wall.
Perhaps a two-tone approach: one color cabinet on bottom, another on the top.
Interesting cabinets- no knobs, pulls
I like that this is warm. (Ben)
Cabinets without knobs or handles are interesting.
Like the cabinets. Susan: I like a lot about this one. Would like more warmth on floor. Tile looks very unwelcoming.
Bottom cabinets are interesting.
Color of these cabinets is interesting. Do not like the white framing around the top. Countertops should not be white.
Looks too IKEA.
Lighting is very cool. Susan, I like lighting too. The rest of it looks like star trek
Interesting idea to have gray flush cabinet doors. Work with wood floor. Susan: I might be open to
Like the wood idea, but not necessarily the wood color.
Lighting of shelves is interesting. Color of wood is attractive.
Like that during day light hours the kitchen looks light and yet has wood and warmth.
Like the countertop wrapping around to vertical on sides of island.
Figure out way to maximize space under sink.
I like the layered lighting. Lighting design is key!
I like this for the lighting when not actively cooking. Looks more intimate.
I like the pendant lighting idea (although not the style) and the wrap down countertop.
Countertop wraps down the edge. Wood is warm. Susan: not a fan
Seems like an efficient way to store pots and lids!
I like the edge of countertop coming down.
Interesting cutting board idea.
Susan - I like the natural light. I’m not crazy about the marble countertop that waterfalls over the side. I’m also not sure the color of the wood or the color of the floors.
