General Decor Vision
Kind of our current color scheme, but if we had white furniture, which allows the wood to feel less heavy. Splashes would spice it up
Like the high accent wall. Simple. Clean.
Love the color of the couch, but hate that it's probably uncomfortable
Blue splashes

Love the big tree
Cozy feel but a little heavy
Love the wood post and beam
Couches look super comfy and cat durable.
Couch looks comfy and goes with the room really well.
Nice splashes. Love the Open view concept. Not sure how its relevant.
As splash and it could work. Doesn’t look comfortable.
Big fan of driftwood.
In general... love the beach and airy comfort style of the 1 Hotel lobby.
I've always liked the ski chalet look, but it might be too heavy for miami. Maybe could be lighter with proper splashes.
A bit too minimalist, but clean. It's almost comfortable but it's still too cold. Like the soffits for hidden lighting.
Big fan of the weathered wood look.
This has too much of an 80's feel. Not artistic enough. Too man cavey.
Cool color splashes.
Example of something that I think is too cold, sterile. Pretty and open, but not cozy or comfortable.
Always a fan of wood and stone. Maybe with a sleeker couch though. Light TV wall opens up the heaviness.
Like mountain feel with the slate hearth, but understand it might be too heavy for Miami. Needs splash color accents for rocknroll feel.
Similar to Lenny's other 75 Kenmare living room. Light. Airy. Mid-century modern: thin, gold, not-heavy. Leaves room for splash (chair, artwork, etc...) GOLD WINDOW TRIM
Floors are similar. Open. Airy. Comfortable GOLD WINDOW TRIM..
This actually has similar color tile to ours. The stone + copper/wood + splash blue day bed are a great color palate and feel warm but stylish.
