"Appendix" (deleted, but saved, 'cause you never know...)
RMH "BDL" is the clear choice.
Shaws undermount 30" sink. Comes in smaller sizes as well. But only single basin.
Waterworks "burnished brass" finish. Maybe do a faucet with this finish in the Powder Room.
RMH in bronze. Possible for Powder. Can do in white bronze or high polished white bronze. Also can do handles/levers that match well with AN Alessa levers. Could then do matching hardware on a shallow wall cabinet in there, and toliet lever I'd think.
RMH mini legacy lever. Can put on bathroom faucet
Waterworks Aero $2,565 list. Possibly for Powder Room, but maybe in burnished brass finish
Stone. Jeff now says we "must" use natural stone. Well, okay then. Here's a good real stone option. Would look good with Plan B paint colors
I think the white (metal?) railing works well (newel, hand rail, balusters). Having the doors, windows and railing all in dark bronze may be too much.
Light blue/gray cabinets for perimeter. Darker/medium brown stain for island
Floor
Ceiling for MBR, but possibly painted a light grey
cabinet design
Ceiling barn dormer
Waterworks "Alden". 28" wide. List price is $846.
Waterworks Easton. Do in Powder Bath. Comes in a burnished brass finish that looks really nice. List retail price is $2356.
Great example, with no cabinets and large window to one side
Sunrise Cedar
Mayan Ruin stone
Colors
Railing, colors
Possible wall tile for Master Bath, above vanities. Tile. Wood cabinets. Light.
Cement tile flooring for MudRoom; but not so pink. Maybe a tile/stone that is similar to brick, laid in a herringbone pattern.
Tile on wall
Kohler Stargaze tub. Note we can mount faucet on the "deck".
kitchen nook idea EIGHT LIGHT CHANDELIER in Washed Gray by Currey and Company from the Waterloo collection. Print Spec Sheet
Large fixture for Loft Studio. Also need a large cool fixture for Family Room
Soapstone counters and high/tall backsplash (for where faucet mounts). Probably vessel sinks. Opens up below for drawers. Also, we are tall. And, softens the dark grey stone a little. Dark soapstone (very dark grey) ties with the black in the floor tile. Also, maybe knobs on vanity drawers could be dark bronze or oil-rubbed bronze (or gold to match other metal)
Kohler Margaux. Low profile. Not for Master Bath, as want pendants and cans there. But maybe in another bath(s), like Jack-and-Jill upstairs.
Tile floor in bathroom. Wood floor in bedroom
