Master bath Design: I think this is stunning--elegant, clean and crisp. Love the carerra marble countertops, the wood, furniture style vanity. Love the two distinct mirror and the mix of metals used (mirror is gold/ faucets is silver). simple yet elegant with the marble counters. Love the interesting/bold tile...this is Walker Zanger which is too expensive--would love a more cost effective option. Think of another classic option...other than subway b/c subway will be in kid bathroom and likely kitchen....but if there's no such thing as too much subway tile....Maybe shiplap (! ugh--it's been done so much!) or classic simple wainscoting)
Master bath: Love this layout, especially the shower/bath proximity to one another. (Design is too dark...see other picture for design idea.) If we do a free standing bath tub, i LOVE the MTI one below...I like the delicate profile and rounded rim. Open to other brands bc this brand is crazy expensive.
Jack's bathroom: Crisp, clean, bright and airy. It it worked, would be great to have a stall shower to the side, with subway tile + glass...and no need for door if space allows. Include a built in bench in the shower. LOVE the wall mount (easy of cleaning) but the hot/cold may or may not be desirable. Maybe a single hole deck mount would be nice and easy for kid bathroom (and easy to clean). Large rectangle tile for floor (similar to that in this example works--easy cleaning;) maybe a penny tile for shower floor...tbd.)
For All Bathrooms: Panasonic Whisper fans are super quiet--prefer this over louder models
This is fine. Nice ship lap--more cost effective than tile? would prefer dark floors Odd light placement
