Again, totally wrong style, but this is a general idea

The style is all wrong, but I like the idea of using that under stair space for a reading nook/twin bed like this as extra sleeping or lounging space

Like the ceiling/wood inset, love the window over the sink. The island is too square / too big, and the colors finishes are all wrong. But, like the window in the kitchen, like the ceiling.

Love the idea of a passthrough window from the kitchen onto the screened in porch. Don't know it should be above the sink necessarily, but very interested in something like this. Could be a wet bar extension to the kitchen on the inside with bar seating on the outside.

Love the idea of a window that opens from the kitchen onto the screened in porch. It can let in some light, but also serve as a de facto bar for both indoor and outdoor. Don't love the actual materials in this kitchen, but like a sliding window that can fully open like this.

Love the look of this ceiling. Wood slats, black beams, shed roof... has a lot of elements we like

We really like the idea of a shed-style roof with the open end uphill for the top level. Disregard the finishes and such here, mostly just an example of form factor.

Love everything except the cabinet color. Would want a darker, more emerald green. Don't love the organization of appliances necessarily, but we do love the idea of a long, central island that the kitchen revolves around. Would want more windows in the kitchen, though.

Like the tile design in the shower

Love the fireplace here. Might be interested in a double-sided fireplace that goes from the living room through to the screened in porch if possible.

Love the built ins, the colors, and the window bench as additional seating

Want dark cabinets with a white counterop and/or backsplash

Like this kitchen. Also like the one flourish of the curves in the doorway. Don't want that all over the house, but a flourish here or there could be cool. Not enough windows in this kitchen for us.

Like the exposed beams and floorboards above. Might go a little darker on the wood, but you get the idea. Don't need the timber framing up from the floor, mostly just wanted to show the ceiling we really like

We LOVE the idea of a thin, long window like this in the kitchen

Very interested in Shou Sugi Ban as possible exterior siding — charred, brushed in black
