Aaron This indoor/outdoor shower combination is very cool. It’s privacy is provided by a green wall, and it can closed off in winter/inclement weather.
Aaron I love the symmetry of this bathroom along with the flooring. I wish there was some more colors involved in the scheme.
Aaron I love the way the light flows into this bathroom with windows viewable from the shower and bathtub.
Aaron Indoor/outdoor pool concept underneath the house easily enclosed if need be in the future.
Aaron Same kitchen, but this pic shows the connection to the living room, which is what I’m after. Great connection to the living space. Those windows 270 degrees surrounding the fireplace are beautiful.
Aaron Same kitchen; different angle. The open shelving is nice, and the compact stairwell.
Aaron I like this kitchen. I wish the island could accommodate 7, but the size of the room is nice. All the finish complement each other, and I like the concrete floors, but I would’ve chosen a lighter hue.
Aaron I like the wood cladding, clerestory windows, natural skylight, and the overhangs. The “L” shape gives you privacy. It just needs a pool.
Aaron I love terrazzo floors, but they’re extremely expensive. Something like this lightly colored and speckled concrete floor would be a great compromise, and it could work both indoors and outdoors.
Aaron I love what you guys did with this small sleeping space off the hallway. This is a great solution for an extra sleeping space that’s semi-private, but doesn’t take up the space of a full bedroom. I’d love to have a simple small space like this for overnight guests.
Aaron. I like the exposed trusses, mosaic backsplash, large island with a lip, and the cooktop in the island. I don’t like the gigantic hood, or the dark flooring.
Aaron. I like the wall of glass in the living room that opens to a small balcony.
Aaron. I know I said I want the exterior of the house to resemble the homes in the rest of the neighborhood. However, I’ll make an exception if it looks like this. That wood cladding is incredible, on a slope with the glass. I like it. And if you look closely you can see the pool underneath it; can we do that? Just give it some overhangs!
Aaron I love this island; wrapped in the dark quartz, the size, and the lip. The black, white, and wood accents go very well together in this room. I like when brick is used indoors. The kitchen’s connection with the living area is also nicely done here.
Aaron. I’m really thinking a pool deck in a courtyard is the way to go in a ranch style home. The connection to the outdoors and privacy are impeccable.
Aaron. I like the roofline, connection to the backyard with the open corner, and the clerestory windows that make the roof appear to be floating.
Aaron. I like how you can’t tell where indoors begins and outdoors ends.
Aaron. I like the high ceiling, openness of the room, and how the ceiling continues onto the porch.
Aaron I like the thin bezels on the glass walls. I like the way the ceiling continues outside, and the large ,covered, elevated, deck area.
Aaron. I like that the driveway ends up being the walkway to the front door, and how the garage secludes the front entrance. Ignore the 458.
Aaron If we’re able to put the office in a lofted space elsewhere it would be very cool to have a bunk room as the guest room. I’d want at least 1 queen sized bed in there though to accommodate adults. I love the green.
Aaron. If I were to do something like this on our lot it would be a mirror image of what’s shown in order to preserve privacy to the north. I like the layered look, rooftop deck, and style.
Aaron same render; different view. I like this render, and I thought something similar might work on our plot. It’s definitely not a ranch, but it definitely is cool.
Aaron. Some symmetry in the bathroom:) This bath room is too cold, but I like the marble, overall layout, and the fireplace.
Aaron. I like the matte black herringbone pattern tile with the contrasting grout, soaking tub, floating vanity, and skylight.
Aaron. I like the placement and color of the matching marble slabs.
Aaron. This is beyond cool. I’d love to be able to do something like this in a courtyard viewable from the master closet/bathroom area on 1 side and the living room on the other side.
Aaron. I like the scale of this room, the deep skylights, wall of glazing, and the uniform wooden cabinets.
Aaron. I like the concrete flooring, wood ceiling, size of the room, and glass wall.
Aaron. I like the double height ceiling in the living area along with the view, seclusion, and glass walls.
Aaron. I like the backlit fireplace, accent wall, and TV placement.
Aaron. I like the dual sided fireplace, recessed lighting, pergola, and floor to ceiling windows.
Aaron. I like the gigantic floor to ceiling glass doors, view, and colors in this bedroom.
Aaron. I like the bookshelf surrounding the fireplace, but I would like a spot for the TV cut out inside the bookshelf.
Aaron. Simple, but effective. Twin showers in close proximity with an outdoor feel.
Aaron. I like the wood accents, and the picture window.
Aaron. I like the flooring, floor to ceiling windows, couch, and the metal screening over the windows.
Aaron. I like the roofline, overhangs, and the clerestory glass above the frame of the glass doors. It makes it look like the roof is floating.
Natalie: I like the pullout spice drawer and appliance storage
Aaron. Very cozy breakfast nook. It doesn’t take up very much room, but adds a ton of character and coziness.
Aaron. I like the matte finishes mixed with the wood accents. Great size island with a lip.
Aaron. This is awesome with the exposed upside down trusses and full length glass wall.
Aaron. I love the footprint of this kitchen, the added height on the edge, light fixtures, and the size of the island. It looks familiar; I wonder who did it...
Aaron. I don’t like the all white kitchen, but I do like the size of the island, the connection to the living room, and the glass walls. The added height in the living room and the footprint of the kitchen are nice as well.
