Might do better to carry the same or similar windows from kitchen to extension which are 1 over 1.
Extend the beams from kitchen to family room and the floor. So we have continuity.

See brick wall, wood floor
I prefer all white trim and cupborads. Simple pulls.
No need for island seating, or maybe just 1-2 bar stools.

I like the white cabinets, with simple pulls.
Wood floor.
Not sure about the counter tops.

I like the shaker table, also the idea of a door opening on both sides to get a breeze through the space, .
I like the lamp too and the knee wall.

Also too fussy in the decor, but the windows to the 24 inch high tongue and groove knee wall appeals.

Again, I like the windows with the clear-story and 6 over 6. There is something fussy about the room..probably what they put in it and the ceiling, but its possible there is too much window and not enough space between. Wood floor works for me. Add the pitched roof, open rafters and ceiling fans.

I like the 6 over 6 windows and rafters.
I like the craft period table.
I do not like the cris-cross effect of the rafters.

I like the tongue & groove ceiling, ceiling fans, windows with clear-story and square panes.
It is not deep enough and I will not be going with rattan or siesel. I don't like the brick floor either.

I really DISLIKE this room! The brick floor, the broken lines of the space, the flat ceiling, it is too fussy!

I like the windows with the clear-story above. I like wht window proportions.
I also like the tongue& groove ceiling with beams.
I do not like the black trim.

I like this wall of windows, with the transoms

James likes this amount of glass, can they be double hung?

Don't like the grills or the transoms, but we do like the generous size of the double hung windows.
