Crane Island Home
Pool color.
Glass tile, shape and color. Pattern is a bit busy.
Color palette and contrasting wood cabinet wall. A bit too contemporary.
Simple hood. Crisp clean color palette and style. Love the gold/brass accents. The style and color palette is maybe just a bit to simple... standar/pradictable.
We were considering navy as part of the color palette for the half bath, laundry, kitchen or otherwise. We are likely still open to such, however, have started to lean towards the pale green. We love the large round gold mirror and gold faucet.

Wallpaper. We have discussed the potential use of such in the half bath, laundry, second bath, or otherwise.
We absolutely love the custom barn door. Unfortunately our plan provided limited opportunities for such. Discuss possible use at future elevator.
Contrasting two tone cabinetry with white counters. Similarly I like the single wall/block of color versus the more traditional island only or upper/lower layout.
Mosaic tile. Potential option for hall bath, second bath, and or the laundry although we are leaning towards lvp throughout.
Simple, modern, pergola/trellis.
Simple trellis.
Continuous tile throughout the wet area of the master bath. Pale green, white, wood, and gold color palette.
Interesting use of wood look tile throughout. Floating vanity.
Simple and clean lines. The wood on the ceiling certainly adds another dimension. Upholstered bar stools refine the space and add a softer element to an otherwise traditionally hard space.
Overall style is clean and crisp yet warm. Maybe a bit to farmhouse but beautiful.
Clean and crisp. Love the counter to ceiling tile although the pattern is busy. Like the gold hardware and fixtures.
Dark cabinetry with white counters, open shelving, stainless, gold hardware and lighting. Clean, crisp, and remarkably light.

Great little bar area although ours will have open shelving above and currently no storage below due to dual beverage centers. We can discuss decision behind dual beverage centers.
Cool pattern. A unique twist on subway tile that we think resembles water or fish. The color is okay, however, we would prefer white or pale green. Possibly a crackle finish or glass.
Cool tile color.
This photo was added years ago. We have numerous antiques hence a unique idea to turn an antique into a vanity regardless of whether this is actually an antique or not. I also love the tile wall.
This photo was added years ago and was the inspiration for a home we built six years ago and used the same tile. Love it! We also love how it runs behind the open shelves.
We are "considering" turning the future elevator into a future wine room. Too many futures. LOL!
Another mosaic tile idea although I don't recall if this is tile or laminate. Regardless, it is absolutely awesome!!!
Dark cabinetry with white counters, open shelving, and stainless. Clean, crisp, and remarkably light. I love the haringbone pattern on the floor as well as the color.
Love how the beams and fixtures divide this gallery.
Love the wood fireplace wall.
We like the rock salt and shell concrete finishes. Consider wood garage doors as well as the use of brick to outline the drive.
Consider use of runners on the driveway to mange the cost.
Everything!!!
