I like the french doors in this den. They could be a connection to the screened porch and a way to create a more private nighttime ambiance in the living room/den when it is dark and cold outside.
I also like the built-in bookshelves and the sectional couch.

I like the amount of built-in storage, both in drawers and shelves.
The large windows are nice, but I would definitely want to have the window treatments figured out (blinds, curtains, drapes, etc.).

Houzz describes this bathroom as a Jack and Jill so I am saving it as an idea for the upstairs (kids) bathroom.

I like the simplicity of this master bathroom. A non-private toilet, standard tub, and vanity with built-in sink/medicine cabinet above.
It looks like this bathroom may be large enough to have a linen closet or other piece of furniture to store towels, cleaning supplies, etc.

A window seat like this towards the front of the house could be a nive place for the dog to sit and watch the world while also providing some storage.
If a window seat like this was placed underneath a covered front porch, it may all but the lowest angled light from entering the house.

Possible built-ins in the front (dining) or rear (living) rooms could help with storage

This is a nice solution to a front hall closet where things do not need to be put behind a door. I also like the upholstered bench with storage that provides a place to sit down and put shoes on/take them off.
If we add a front room space
