DONALD's Ideas
I like the idea of Murphy bed in office area - dual space room for when you have guests, but practical use other times.
I like the flow from inside to outside
I like this idea of Roman shades - they could be automated and deployed automatically.
Good views, light into the space and the eves go over long enough to shield from summer sun but allow winter sun into the space
I like the painting on the wall
I like this idea for storing pants
I like the way this is a somewhat simple divider along with practical
I like the old door
I like the angle other than 90 degrees on layout
I like the wine cooler in the pantry
Skylight works for shower as well.
This works but would need a library style ladder to get to the upper cabinets. I like the light wall
I like the free flow of inside to outside (with the screened in porch)
I like the ability to use Roman shades in the summer to shield from direct sunlight - part of keeping the glazing from being an oven.
I like the concept of the master bath and closet behind the bed accessible from both sides of the bed.
I do like the idea of a man cave / game room.
I like the deck on the garage.
They skylight part of the kitchen making it feel like a green house.
Dual sink, drawers on the end
Like the high ceiling and the window near the top.
Side by side ovens
Level change
2 story to eliminate square footage while getting space.
I like the sloped roof
Combo cabinets/appliance garages. I really like this idea.
I love the pan storage drawer.
I like the outdoor space surrounded by the house. This would be looking from the west - don’t want that much glass on the CLR side.
I like the idea of hiding two stalls of the garage while keeping the third visible.
The LED lights under the stairs.
I like the idea of being able to hide the guest beds.
Being able to flip open the kitchen when entertaining outside.
I like the wrap around counter from kitchen into the presumed dining space.
No glass for the shower area (open)
I like the bookcase design.
I like the fence - most likely not practical, but a different look
This type of layout for master bedroom and bath - the big difference would be a deck outside with drop down screens and a way to open the window wall to that deck for a ‘sleeping outside’ experience during cool evenings.
I like the look and layout of this kitchen - plenty of storage and light.
I like the ‘hidden’ entry into another space
I like the drive through shed on this one - if on the north side of the house it could close off the existing driveway - offer two cars and a tractor storage.
