Isn't it beautiful? The countertop is 3cm honed Imperial Danby marble. Then - the fabricator did a 2.5" mitered edge all around the kitchen and sink cutout to give the look of a very thick slab with less material. (2" and up thick slabs are more expensive and stocked less often.) Marble from the earth of Vermont!

Light oranges and beiges on the walls, with rusts, golds, and dark greens in the gorgeous rug. Also the dark rusty red grand piano, the magnificent main chandelier in the living room as well as the three "smaller" chandeliers in the three sections of the entryway. The unusual patterned warm wood floor blended with all the above warm colors literally melt together to envelope you into a warm loving hug. All the spectacular lighting helps to give it that effect.
