Chatham Hill
Rec Room Fireplace will have builtins on either side and we like adding the wood surround over the stone here to tie the two together. Will paint out to match the cabinets, the stone to be like what we have on the house or something similar. Box appears to be on the floor with just a piece of tile for a flat hearth, we would prefer a piece of slate or flagstones

love these spindles
I love the sink but it has bad reviews for faucet installation. Love the wall treatment...is it really board and batten? It may have a lot more trim
the tub the wall the floor
like the partial wall for towels
idea for cabinets in style and color for sitting room
love
If going rectangle and single door, I like the layout of the side lights and transoms but with x in the transoms instead of what is there and panes in the front door with less glass exposure
I want my sleeping porch swing this is nice
where we bump out, I would like white painted wood like this rather than the shingles
I like the mixed color siding
I like this color though it looks to be a bit green. the stone color is also perfect
Since we are eliminating the windows on the side of the fireplace in the basement, I like the idea of mirrored doors to reflect more light into the basement
Too dark for me, and I think this is the color we may have picked.
tone is good
Too LIGHT
So this is TOO DARK for me
deciding colors
Convert beneath stairs in basement to a small wine cellar
This arch way is perfection. has the little detail at top and small moldings but not too over the top formal. Love the casual look to it
cost of this kind of wall treatment I a guest room?
stone and exterior colors nice! If the rail we picked is too pricey, then this is a great compromise .
wall and base trim in a modified board and batten. If financially feasible would like that going up the stairwell to the upper level and possibly in the entryway rotunda
This is it! The compromise between board and batten and doing real elaborate trim. It has a small inset around the boards.
counter, light fixtures
Really would love our master bath to be built-in like this, continue the arch over the tub, use of build-outs with compartment storage or shelving.
Archways for in between rooms like breakfast to kitchen and breakfast to family. Also like something like this in master bath to separate tub area...the pillars are simply the wall with wood not necessarily a pillar. Don't have to be quite so elaborate, but the shape of it and some trim work.
Master Sitting Room built-in maybe on either side of the door from the hall. One with a small bar sink and also a miniature fridge....for coffee, beverages and snacks.
railings
How about this in the front peak? Also the back peak?
simple cross boards with exposed crossed beams in bedroom 3, exercise room and sitting room...maybe sitting room is a little different
I like the upper cabinets with glass and window mullions for this kitchen. The cabinet style is ok but we can probably use less of a profile.
One option for the side cabinet in Master bath
Prefer doors to windows in the family room like here. Perhaps sliders with the same grids as the other windows. If not possible, then floor to ceiling windows which begin about 8 - 10 inches from the floor and have a maximum of 12 inches from ceiling. If transoms are needed that's fine
love these faucets for a bath. or powder room, counter is also pretty
use room darkening roman shades like these on the basement doors in the bedroom
would like these transoms in the office windows
check out the ceiling...maybe we do a unique skylight over the bed
like this hood like the counter cut
Cubby idea for master bath, tile layout for basement baths (contemplating)
