Those cabinets are very pretty, and I like the bench shelf in the shower. The sinks & faucets are good too. A single sink like that plus some counter space would make me happy. Smaller sink is ok too if it gives me more counter space.

This tile is pretty, and I like the seat ledge. Would not want the set-in cubbies, prefer just one long open shelf/ledge.

I like that green tile, the floor tile, and the shower head (wall mounted one, not the overhead). The green tile is pretty intense, so maybe just using it on one wall of the shower stall, and white on the others. Want it to pop, but not feel claustrophobic or institutional.

Like the open cubbies underneath, also the combo of white paint + wood on stairs. Though this style is a little too traditional. I have saved some other staircase examples with this combo that I like better.

I really like the modern/clean/simple look of this staircase. Wood/white combo is great. We definitely need stairs with a railing, and a carpet runner is a good idea for us, because we plan to age in this house as long as possible.
