I see two tall Juniper looking things. It seems like you just need a hedge of those and the house behind would be screened. But where is your planting room? It doesn't look like you have it (first picture). And some palms are in the way of continuing a hedge. (If there is space to plant, we can't see it.)
Loquat would work, but seems a bit big and bulky for screening in the last picture. I'd pick size-controlled crape myrtle or regular schefflera over it. There's Vitex, and tree form pittosporum, too.
